Shoulder width
Measure from one shoulder seam to the other.
Chest
Measure across the chest, from armpit to armpit.
Waist
Measure at the narrowest part of the waist.
Sleeve
Measure from the armpit to the end of the sleeve, along the inside seam.
Back length
Measure centre back, from the collar seam to the bottom hem.

Measure from one side of the waistband to the other.
Rise
Measure from the crotch seam to the top of the waistband.
Thigh
Measure 10 cm below the crotch, across the leg.
Knee
Measure 35 cm below the crotch, across the leg.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch seam to the ankle.
Hem
Measure across the bottom hem.
